Support, Repair, and Calibration Services
To facilitate clinical support all requests should be made through the Premier Heart web application, using the Request Assistance buttons. These tools provide Premier Heart with detailed information about the patient and MCG test session which are critical to provide appropriate clinical support, while maintaining a high degree of security and confidentiality around patient data and PII/PHI.
For technical support with Premier Heart products, including repair or calibration of Premier Heart hardware, you may submit a request through the webapp, by emailing support@premierheart.com, or by filling out the form below.
