About Premier Heart
Premier Heart was founded in 1998 to solve an intractable problem in medicine: ​Traditional time-domain ECGs are obsolete and miss critical signs of disease in far too many patients, leading to easily preventible cardiac deaths.
This was the determination of our founder, Dr. Joseph Shen, when he took charge of commercializing the efforts of two generations of dedicated clinicians, scientists, and engineers.​ His goal was to create a digital health solution, purpose built to harness the power of Langrange-Euler mathematics and machine learning to deliver internet based analysis solutions that healthcare providers and their patients could rely on for fast, accurate, and affordable diagnostic assistance.

The result of those efforts is Premier Heart's MCG family of products - a 21st century, tool that assists physicians in reaching timely and accurate diagnoses without drugs, radiation, or invasive procedures. The MCG Device is FDA cleared for market, and is manufactured in an FDA registered and inspected facility.

Doctor Joseph T. Shen
Dr. Joseph T. Shen is a liberated former “legacy” physician who walked away from convention to follow a deeper calling - challenging the 100+ year old legacy allopathic narratives and ushering in new levels of understanding of physiological systems called life. A devoted husband and proud father, he now stands at the frontier of innovation as a BioCybernetic Technology Developer and founder of Computational Electrophysiology. Once an insider, now an intentional outsider, Dr. Shen is an entrepreneur driven to reimagine what’s possible, building life-saving technologies that shape a better, more conscious world.
