Clinical Applications Privacy Policy

Premier Heart's products include internet-based software-as-a-service solutions, provided as either web applications (webapps) or APIs. Collectively these are our "clinical applications", and the privacy policies for these services as well as our handling of Personally Identifiable Information and Protected health Information (PII/PHI) are governed by the associated Data Services Agreement signed by our customers, as well as our HIPAA policy.

To ensure the safety and security of customer and patient data Premier Heart has the following broad approach to application privacy:

1. Premier Heart always strives to collect the minimum amount of (PII/PHI) required for the functionality of our clinical applications.

2. Premier Heart does not and will never use third-party analytics tools or tracking cookies in our clinical applications.

3. All communication with our clinical applications is encrypted end-to-end between the client and Premier Heart's servers.

4. Traffic within the Premier Heart network which contains or may contain PII/PHI is encrypted between servers.
